Ken Starr, the constitutional lawyer famous for his involvement in the Bill Clinton impeachment case in 1998, may be named as President of Baylor University.
No official confirmation has been available as yet. But inside sources report the news to be authentic. And he would be named as president of the Waco, Texas University this week itself.
